Longford soprano Emer Barry will be featured in a special restrospective of some of Disney’s most famous films.

Longford soprano Emer Barry will be featured in a special restrospective of some of Disney’s most famous films.

Emer, one of the three members of classical-crossover group ‘Affinití’ recorded Fr Liam Lawton’s “Beyond Belief” with the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra for the film, which is due to be released later this month.

The soprano, who is also the voice of Disneyland Paris’ latest ad campaign, returned home in December to perform with Longford County Choir for their annual Christmas concert.

Emer also recorded ‘O Holy Night’ with Affinití, Palestrina Boys Choir, Carlow Choral Society and the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra to raise funds for St Vincent de Paul.
