VIDEO: Ballinalee ICA Guild comes to an end after 78 years in existence

It was the end of an era in Ballinalee last night as the final meeting of the local ICA Guild took place.

The Guild was founded by the Late Alice McKeon - wife of General Séan McKeon in 1939.

It was not just one of the leading Guilds in the county but was also one of the first of its kind to be established here.

The minutes from the last meeting were read out as the Guild was brought to a close last night.
