Longford emigrants living in New Zealand are bracing themselves for further possible aftershocks after a powerful 7.8 magnitude earthquake killed two people and caused colossal structural damage at the weekend.
This video is one that was sent to the Leader's offices over the past 24 hours, showing the sheer brunt of the earthquake as it caused water from an indoor swimming pool to overflow and slosh violently from side to side.
