Resurfacing works begin in north Longford village - motorists warned to expect delays

Motorists travelling through Lisryan Village are being advised to expect delays as resurfacing works begin this morning.
The roadworks will be carried out on a section of the R395 from today, Wednesday, July 22 until this Friday 24, from 8am to 4pm each day.
The road itself will remain open, but motorists are advised to expect traffic delays as there will be closures in place on both sides of Lisryan village.
A traffic management system, such as stop/go signage and/or temporary traffic lights, may be used for the duration of the works.
