Longford to face Wicklow in opening round of the 2025 Leinster Senior Football Championship

New Longford manager Mike Solan and his players will open their 2025 Leinster Championship campaign with a first round tie against Wicklow.

The winners will face reigning Leinster champions Dublin in the provincial quarter-final.

Here is how today's draw unfolded;

The four semi-finalists from the 2024 Leinster SFC – Dublin, Louth, Offaly, and Kildare went straight through to the quarter-final stages.

With the remaining seven counties – Wicklow, Westmeath, Laois, Carlow, Longford, Wexford, and Meath being placed in a bowl to get three first round pairings.

First Round 

Wexford v Laois

Carlow v Meath

Wicklow v Longford
