ALL the results from a fun day at Cairn Community Games Longford athletics county finals

A fun day was had all round for the County Athletics Final in Leo Casey Pitch, Ballymahon on Sunday, June 16.

The Longford Community Games Committee would like to thank all the area volunteers who came to help out at the county track and field. They would also like to thank the Order of Malta, track coordinator and referee Paddy McPhillips and all of the Longford AC volunteers.

Thanks also to Jimmy Connell who did a great job as MC and to the Longford Community Games President Seamus Gilchriest and Cllr Pat O’Toole for presenting the medals. The committee would also like to thank Ballymahon GAA for the use of Leo Casey Park.

A special mention to youth volunteers Niamh, Keira, Kate, Aidan and Arianne who were absolutely brilliant.
