With a team of 4,000 CAREGivers enhancing the lives of ageing adults and their families in cities, towns and villages all over the country, we are committed to recognising and showing our appreciation for our frontline staff. We show how much we value our team through regular award programmes and social events.

Our office teams support our frontline staff by ensuring smooth work schedules and encouraging a positive culture where CAREGivers can share their experiences and grow every day. We offer our CAREGivers flexible schedules, free and subsidised training (including QQI), competitive rates of pay and more.

We are looking to expand our CAREGiver team across County Longford, supporting the growing need for professional home care for those wishing to age safe and well at home.

If you're a compassionate individual with a caring instinct, we invite you to join us at a local event during this week. We believe Longford is blessed with caring individuals who can make a real difference in the lives of ageing adults and those requiring support to remain living in their own homes. Throughout Hiring Week, we'll be on the move, opening our doors and hosting events to connect with potential CAREGivers like you.

It's a unique chance to learn more about Home Instead, our values, and the outstanding career paths we offer in caregiving. To find event details and explore opportunities in your area, visit our website - https://www.homeinstead.ie/hiring-week
As a Professional Home Instead CAREGiver, you'll find stability, flexibility, and a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.

If you're unable to attend any of the events during Hiring Week but wish to apply for one of our CAREGiver positions, visit https://careers.homeinstead.ie/ or call 044 938 5260.

Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of those who need care to remain at home.
