The Leinster Property Auction – public auction taking place on March 7th

The Leinster Property Auction will hold their first public auction of 2019 next Thursday, March 7th in The Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, Galway. The auction will offer properties from across the province including residential homes, commercial properties, investment assets and agricultural holdings. Last year, the auction events averaged a success rate of over 90% sold which was the highest success rate in Ireland and the auction team are confident that success will continue throughout 2018.

The company are also now taking entries for the online auctions and upcoming public auctions and Patrick Folan from The Leinster Property Auction team noted “with the high demand we are currently experiencing, now is a great time to market properties and we have thousands of registered applicants looking to buy. The earlier months of the year are proving very busy in the property market and we are keen to speak to property owners thinking of selling. We offer free property valuations to assess the market value for the property and guarantee a fair reserve price for your property.” The Leinster Property Auction do not charge any upfront costs into the auction and take on board all marketing and entry fees – so the property owner has no costs unless the property is successfully sold.
