The Leinster Property Auction are now taking entries for their first public auction of the year which will be held on Thursday, March 7 in The Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, Dublin.
The auction is run by IAM Sold Property Auctions which includes The Leinster Property Auction, The Munster Property Auction & The Connacht Property Auction.
Last year, the auction group recorded an averaged success rate of 90% sold which was the highest success rate in Ireland for 2018. The team have noted continued demand so far in early 2019 and are confident that success will continue.

Before any property comes to the market, the auction team will agree a minimum reserve figure - giving the property owner total control over their minimum walk away figure.
Bidding can also continue past the reserve price until the highest bidder has secured the property.
