The lands in Ballycumber
Two large lots of prime farm land in the Midlands are going up for auction in the coming weeks.
One lot is located at Bracknagh, Ballycumber and consists of 163 acres of what is described as prime land with an extensive farmyard.
The second lot is 122 acres of what is described as excellent land at Newtown, Killeigh. This comes with farmyard facilities for 200 cattle and has a guide price of €12,300 per acre bringing the guide price for the land to over €1.5 million.
The land at Ballycumber will go up for auction on Friday, June 16 in the Bridge House Hotel in Tullamore.
Bidders can also bid at www.lslauctions.com but must register with agents GVM Auctioneers prior to the auction.
