Run with Ray is back! The Ray D'Arcy Show on RTÉ Radio 1 will be on the road later this month and is planned to be held in Tralee, Galway, Athlone, Navan and Dublin.

Over five days from May 20, Ray will be broadcasting live from Tralee Park (Monday, May 20), University of Galway (Tuesday, May 21), Athlone Regional Sports Center (Wednesday, May 22), Park Black River, Navan (Thursday, May 23) and Marley Park, Dublin (Friday, May 24).

Ray will then join the starting line at 5:30pm with runners from all communities who have signed up to Run with Ray for 5km. The team is looking for runners, and walkers from all over the country to come along for a fun evening of fun, chat, and fellowship.

As we get closer to the start line, Ray will be chatting with runners from all over the country as they plan to join the team!

The aim is to get communities outdoors and moving, Ray D’Arcy says: "We’re delighted to be back on the road for our Run with Ray 5k’s! We know from previous years that these are great events, it’s a brilliant opportunity to meet listeners and to help people to get out and get active.

"So, if you’re out there and around Tralee, Galway, Athlone, Navan and Dublin we would love to see you!"
