Funeral of 25-year-old who died in car crash during Storm Isha to take place this weekend

The funeral of 25-year-old Kate Keenan, who died in a tragic car crash during Storm Isha, will take place this Sunday.

Kate was fatally injured when the vehicle she was travelling in collided with a tree in Louth Monday.

The Louth native recently celebrated her 25th birthday. 

Beloved daughter of Wayne and Cathy, sister of Rachel and Ross, granddaughter of Eleanor and the late Barney Keenan and Brian and the late Angela Gregory and godmother of Brandon. Kate will be so missed by her heartbroken parents, sister, brother, grandparents, uncles, aunts, godchild, cousins, relatives and friends.

Kate will repose at home this Friday and Saturday, from 12 noon-8pm.

Removal on Sunday, January 28 at 10.50am, driving to St Mary’s Church, Knockbridge (Eircode A91 EV56), arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.30am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
