Wife of missing Midlands man sends heart rending message as efforts to find him continue

The wife of a Midlands man missing since Tuesday has posted a heart rending message on Facebook as efforts to find him continue.

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 45-year-old Noel Guilfoyle who is missing from his home in Tullamore, Co. Offaly since Tuesday, June 6.

Noel is described as being approximately 5’ 10” in height, of slim build and balding. It is unknown what Noel was wearing when he left home.

His wife Chantelle has posted the message which starts with 'Dear everyone, if you see Noel can you please show him this message from me'.

The heart rending message reads, "we always have, do, and always will love and cherish you with all our hearts and souls. You are the best husband, father, son, brother, nephew, friend and colleague in the world. Yes, I may be a little biased but not much …. The outpouring of love from everyone you know has been like a huge rainbow of humanity and hope keeping all of us with you. Listen deeply, you will feel it wrapped around you too.

"As your Mam May has said we are all here with our arms wide open , waiting for you to walk into our home, our haven of peace , devotion and warmth which you love . Remember this is all that matters. Please come home to us and we will figure everything out together like we always do.

"As you know my Daddy Christy always said when we encounter the bumps on the road , that inevitably we all do, ‘ lift your feet and they will fall themselves ‘ …. With every ounce of my body, heart, soul and mind I am willing you to do just that and head for home.

"I am doing the same here and will keep doing it with Mark, Indi and Hunter right beside me every step of the way. You will see us coming , listen to your heart and follow the beats home .

"We love you unconditionally, always. It’s time to come home sweetest husband of mine. Please come home.
Wifey’
