Motoring Alert | Longford footpath replacement work to affect traffic flow this week

Motorists are asked to note that footpath replacement work will affect traffic flow in Longford this week.

From 8am on Monday, March 25 the works will begin at the L-3001, the approach to Railway Bridge and Earl Street in Longford town.

The footpath replacement work will take place between 8am and 5pm from Monday, March 25 to Monday, April 1.

Longford County Council advises that some elements of the work may be carried out after normal working hours if necessary.

Traffic management will be in place (stop / go or traffic lights).
