Ballymacormick and surrounding areas affected

Water supply disruption possible in Castlebellingham

Uisce Éireann are advising of a potential loss of supply

Residents of Ballymacormick and surrounding areas may experience water disruption tomorrow while mains repairs are being carried out.

According to Uisce Éireann, the repair works are scheduled to be carried out from 10am until 2pm.

Full water supply should be back by 6pm allowing for the 3-4 hours restoration time for the water supply to return to normal.

These works are part of the National Leakage Reduction Programme, which is a nationwide plan to reduce leaks by fixing or replacing old, damaged pipes, and also involves the removal of lead pipes from the public water network.
