International darts stars visit Murph's Bar in Longford

It was a real star studded evening in the famed Murph's Bar on Ballymahon Street, Longford recently when they were visited by two international darts players, Brendan Dolan and Ian White.

Northern Ireland based Dolan is best known for becoming the first player to hit a nine-dart finish in a double to start event which he did at the 2011 World Grand Prix. Dolan lost in the final of the tournament to Phil Taylor.

He was accompanied by fellow professional player, the UK based Ian White.

The duo called into the Longford bar to meet up with darts legend, Micko Connolly, who famously turned down the chance to turn professional many years ago. The pair regularly call to Micko for advice.
