All-Ireland boxing champion Cian Leddy
12-year-old Cian Leddy from Granard was crowned Boy 1 76+kg All-Ireland Youths Boxing Champion at the National Stadium on Friday.
Young Leddy has been training hard all season out of the Olympic Boxing Club in Mullingar under the guidance of head coach John Joe Joyce and the reward is Leinster and All-Ireland titles.
Cian is a 5th class pupil in the Sacred Heart National School in Granard and he also plays Gaelic football for the St Mary’s Granard club in the U-14 grade.
