Longford hairstylist wins best in Leinster

The Hair Doc has been awarded won ‘Best Hair Stylist in Leinster’ and ‘Highly Commended Hair Salon’ at the Best in Beauty Awards.
A Keenagh hair salon is now officially a multi-award winning business after celebrating a double award win at the Best in Beauty Awards recently.
Salon owner David Keenan was awarded Best Hair Stylist in Leinster as well as Highly Commended Hair Salon.
Speaking of the win, David said he was absolutely thrilled with the accolades and explained why this result felt extra significant.
“What makes these awards even more special is that I kept this one completely quiet. No announcement that I was entering, no campaigning, no asking for votes, no constant reminders on social media, no AI posts. I wanted to prove something to myself, that your work should speak for itself and you don't need social media or AI to believe in yourself and have people trust in you.”

Extending his thanks to the clients of the salon, David added, “These awards might have my name on them, but they represent years of hard work and every single person who has played a part in getting me here.”
