Fundraising night

In memory of the late Willie Tully, Killoe on Friday, 6th November 9.30pm in The Longford Arms Hotel. Tickets are €10. Available on the night and from Catherine Tully. 087 9547103.

Benefit Dance

A Benefit Dance for the family of the late Sean Mulligan, Ballinamuck will take place in the Breffni Arms Hotel, Arva on Monday, 16th November 2015. Tickets cost €10 each - the committee will be out selling tickets over the next few weeks and your support will be very much appreciated.Tickets will also be on sale in Fox’s Gala.

Playground Committee

Volunteers are needed to form a committee for the upkeep and maintenance of the playground. All welcome to put their names forward, the more the better. Please email the notes if you are interested

Club Lotto

Hillside Club

The next meeting of the club is today, Wednesday 4th November, at 11am and Mary Cahill’s team is on duty. The club’s annual ecumenical service will take place in St. John’s church on Wednesday Nov 11th at 11am, followed by refreshments in the Stag’s Head.

Church notices

Collectors November: 7pm Thomas McCauley, 11am Seamus Cahill and Michael Columb. Counters for November Seamus Cahill and Seamus Coyle. Meeting of parents/guardians of the First Eucharist class will take place on Thursday November 12th at 8pm at Holy Trinity Church. A workshop for readers of the Word and Eucharistic Ministers will be held in Holy Trinity church on Thursday November 19th at 8pm.

October Mudfest

A huge congratulations and well done to all involved in the Mudfest. It was a fantastic success and all reports back have been extremely positive. Results and winners will feature in next weeks notes. Check out facebook for all the photos.
