Pre-Employment Course
Are you unemployed and trying to get back to work then this course could be of interest to you. It will commence on Nov. 4th. for a period of 6 weeks. It will start at 9.30 am and finish at 1.30 pm. It will be a practical hands on course with modules such as upholstery, stone craft, horticulture etc. information. CV prep and interview skills. Places available contact the centre.
Thai Chi
New ‘Thai Chi’ Class will commence in the centre shortly enquiries to reception.
Happy Heart Walking Club:
Are now doing their regular ‘Walk’ on Saturday mornings at 10.15 am from Higginstown Complex. Each walk is designed to suit every pace whether stroll, trot, speed or long distance, all are catered for. New members are always welcome. Come along next Saturday.
Community Garden
Help needed with this project. We would welcome volunteers to give us an hour or two to help develop the garden, herbaceous border, annuals, seed sowing etc. Contact the centre.

‘Me’ Time
A course about you and for you. In a busy world we rarely have time for ourselves; this one day course on Nov. 7th. 10 am – 12.30 pm is open for booking. It is free and open to everyone.
Groups
Continue as per normal. WIT: Tuesday mornings. Art Club: Wednesday morning. Crafters United: Thursday mornings. Youth Groups: Tuesdays and Thursdays as normal.
