Rathowen Lotto: Draw Monday 22nd August results. The numbers drawn were for €15,000 were 3, 7, 23, 28. The numbers drawn for the second jackpot of €1650 were 5, 12, 20, 27. No winners. The six names drawn were Thomas Duck, R Mitchell, Anne Tighe, Jim Hunt, Tom Kearney and Max Nulty. The next draw is 5th September 2011 and this draw will have two jackpots one for €15,000 and the next for €1800. The results of that draw will be printed next week.

SCHOOL YEAR STARTS: Welcome back to all our students new and old who start their new school year on Thursday the 1st September. The school has a Junior infant class of about 16 children starting this year.
