Grow Your Own Fruit & Veg

Wish to learn more why not book in for six hands on evening classes in our community garden with Horticulturist Brendan Farrell. Part funded by Longford County Council. Open to all in the community.

Boys Zone

Are holding two outdoor Up cycling Workshops for boys aged 9 – 12 yrs. They will create a real live Robot; Johnny 5 straight from the Movie ‘Short Circuit’ from scrap metal. All welcome. Thursdays 4.30 – 6 pm.

Men on the Move Programme

funded by Longford Sports Partnership & HSE part time over twelve weeks. Open to unemployed men includes health and fitness, nutrition, job hunting skills. Starts early April. Book with us or contact Elaine on 0857042909.

Monday Cooking with Una

This practical ‘hands on’ two hour cookery class is part series of six. Next Workshop Monday, March, 24th

M.E Time Workshop

A great one day workshop to help us deal with everyday stress in our lives. Book now for either April, 15th. (Men only) or April, 28th. (Women & Men) Time: 9.30am-1pm

Set Dancing

Set Dancing for Children aged 7 Up. Classes will be held on either a Friday evening or Saturday in the Centre. Guitar Lessons for Beginners: Friday evenings subject to demand. Contact the Centre

Yoga with Aga

Will recommence on Monday, 24th March at 3pm. Evening yoga: Evening classes subject to demand Wednesday evening at 8.45 pm. All our other Groups as normal, all welcome.

Easter Camp

Bookings now being taken for our fabulous Easter Camp which takes place from Monday, 14th April to Thursday,17th. April. Includes Easter Egg Hunt & Scarecrow Competition.

Flora Ladies Mini Marathon

We would be very grateful to anyone who would consider taking part in this event (which takes place on June 2nd.) for the centre. Sponsorship cards now available and transport provided on the day.
