Ladies mini marathon
Local ladies in your area Helen Oates and Mary McDonnell will be out and about in the next few weeks looking for your continued sponsorship and support for this years marathon which takes place on Monday Bank Holiday 6th June. Their chosen charity is the local branch of the Longford CASA group.
Killashee GAA Fundraiser
Clothes recycling packs which have been distributed will be collected from each house in the parish this week beginning on Monday evening. This initiative is being run in conjunction with Breast Cancer Ireland. We ask everyone to support us in this very worthy cause.
Holy Communion
Congratulations to the children from the parish of Killashee /Clondra who celebrated their First Holy Communion in St Brendan’s Church Clondra on Saturday last. We thank their teachers and families who helped them prepare for this very special day.
