Arva lined out short a number of first choice players but those on duty gave of their best and being a mostly young team the future is looking good. Arva have a big game coming up on Sunday at 2.30 pm with neighbours Killeshandra in Packie Devlin Park where a win (or a draw) would assure them of promotion to Division 1A for next year’s League. Killeshandra need a win to avoid a relegation play-off so it should be a cracking game. We appeal to all club supporters to come along and cheer on the players. Be the 16th man.

To help with the cost of this project they are running a seated concert in the Hotel Kilmore featuring Emerald Storm on this Saturday - October 17th at 8:30pm. They have decided against going to the local clubs door to door selling tickets on this occasion so they were hoping that the clubs would support their fundraising endeavours and attend the show.
