Death of John Leonard
The death occurred on Friday last at Autumn Lodge St Joseph’s Hospital of John Leonard, Ballycloghan. John was one of our most senior parishioners and had been in failing health in recent times. He was a kind and compassionate person, a loyal friend and good neighbour. He was very popular with all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was a great supporter of all community activities with a great interest in local and national affairs with a keen interest in politics. He was predeceased by his wife and is survived by his sons Michael and Johnny.
