Cilleo Yew Tree Players
Our upcoming production of ‘A Stolen Child’ directed by Mickey Kenny will take to the stage on Saturday 30th November, Sunday 1st December and Monday 2nd December in Ennybegs Community Centre. Longford Dyslexia Workshop would like to sincerely thank the local group in Newtownforbes who fundraised over the October Bank Holiday weekend and made a generous donation to their workshop. It will benefit greatly children who have difficulties with reading and maths. Thank you.

Mulligan Sisters
The Mulligan Sisters will perform Operatic and Sacred Arias along with Musical Theatre favourites in Concert at the Church of St. Camillus, Killucan, County Westmeath on Saturday November 30th at 8.00pm sharp. Tickets available at the door and cost is €10.
Matsubayashi Shorin Ryu International Karate
Our club grading date has been set for Monday 9th December next at usual training time. All students are reminded that memberships must be up to date prior to grading. If anyone has any concerns with regard to membership please speak with Sensei. Our organisation is holding their next competition in the Granard dojo on Saturday 16th November. A number of students will also be giving a demonstration in the Dome Retail Centre on Friday evening 15th November and all support would be greatly appreciated. Please talk to Sensei with regard to time etc. Remember new members are always welcome at any of our clubs and your first class is free!!

Thursday Club
The Newtownforbes Thursday Club meets in the parish hall every Thursday 2pm-4pm. There is a wide range of activities including outings, holidays, etc. New members over 50 are always welcome male and female.
