Apprentice: Good luck to local lady Aisling Smith from Callanagh who is taking part in this year’s Apprentice TV competition on TV3. Aisling, daughter of Mick and Margaret, beat off stiff competition to make it through to the TV stages of the competition so she already has done the parish proud to make it that far!
Cavan Ladies: We wish local girl Mona Sheridan and the Cavan panel the best of luck in the All Ireland on Sunday next in the replay against Westmeath.
