Sympathy

We express our deepest sympathy to Pat Heeran, Drumhawly, Carrick Road on the death of his brother Michael (Mick) Heeran of Funsinagh, Keshcarrigan. The funeral took place to Drumcong cemetery on Monday last. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam.

The death has taken place in London of Kenneth Grey, formerly of Drumshanbo. He is survived by his brother Michael (Naomh Phádraig), sisters Mrs Terry Nugent, Hillcrest Grove and Mairead (UK) to whom we extend our deepest sympathy. Funeral to Drumshanbo cemetery later this week. Ar dheis De go raibh a hanam.

Play Day

Co Leitrim Childcare Committee are participating in the National Play Day on Sunday next July 6 between 2.30pm and 5pm in Leitrim Gaels GAA Grounds. The afternoon involves free outdoor activities for families and everybody is welcome.

Volunteers

The Joe Mooney Summer Scoil committee is looking for volunteers to help with the running of the summer Scoil. The summer school will take place from July 19 - 25. If you are available to help please contact 0868826929 / (087) 133 1241.
