Adult Art
A six week course in drawing and painting will resume on Tuesday morning 27th January at Ardagh Creative, Heritage Centre, Ardagh. Classes run from 10.30 to 12.30 pm. The course is suitable for beginners or intermediate students. Contact Loretto at 0868478527 for details.
Mostrim GAA
Our annual general meeting is taking place on Friday 23rd January and there are a number of officers who won’t be seeking re-election, Chairman, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, one Treasurer, PRO and Records officer. Anyone interested in taking a position with the Club be there on the night. There was no winner of the jackpot in the last lotto draw. Numbers drawn were 7, 8, 21, 26. Twenty-five euro winners were Nellie Nolan, Mary Donohoe, Rosemary Gallagher and Billie Gallagher.
Mostrim Players
Script reading for our next production will take place in the Park House on Thursday (Jan 22nd) at 7.30pm. It is a pantomime and will be staged in early April. New members always welcome. Further details on our Facebook page or 087-2891726.
