NEW BOOK LAUNCH: We wish the Moran family good luck on Saturday night 20th August next when they will launch their book warmed by the Heartstone” in McKeons lounge bar Cloone. The book is a special tribute by all twelve children of the late Peter and Anne Moran, Gortnalougher Cloone. Their mother Anne whose birth centenary occurs on August 23. Anne was a wonderful mother and gentle lady devoted to her 12 children and husband. May they rest in peace. Here will be members of their families visiting from England and America for the occasion. Kevin from Oregan, some from NY Eamonn and Cathal from Oxford. There will be contributions from all twelve children and wider members. There are volumes of photos and tales of the unexpected. To add to the excitement Louis son Keith is getting married to Gemma on August 23rd at Slieve Russel Ballyconnell. We wish the young couple long life health and happiness. Books will be on sale. A paid add did appear in the Observer earlier this year. Music song & dance and refreshments is for everyone and everyone is welcome at 9.30pm in McKeons Lounge bar.
