Well done to all competitors in the recent County Final . SYMPATHY

The death occurred on Tuesday last of Eileen Hanley Nee Cox Rooskey. Predeceased by her husband Kevin she is survived by her family Meave , Gerard , Orla and Eugene (Dano) brother Mel sons in law daughters in law grandchildren extended family neighbours and many friends. Funeral Mass took place to Rooskey Church on Thursday last. Eileen was a kind and friendly neighbour and a popular member of the village for many years. Deepest sympathy is extended to all those who mourn her loss May she rest in peace.

The death occurred on Tuesday last of John Joe Cox Derryfeacle Rooskey Predeceased by his wife Bridie and daughters Eileen and Josephine he is survived by his family of Breege , Jackie, Michael James Joe, Brendan and Francis, daughter in laws son in laws , grandchildren extended family neighbours and many friends . Funeral mass took place to Kilglass Church on Thursday last. John Joe was a character with a quick wit and intellect and a great since of fun . Deepest sympathy is extended to all those who mourn his loss . May he rest in Peace.
