Ballymahon Bog Lane Theatre one act drama festival takes place from Friday to Sunday, November 16 - 18 at 8.15pm nightly.
Friday will feature Martello Productions from Dublin; Compántas, Lir from Galway and The New Ross Drama Workshop. On Saturday, Athlone Little Theatre, Model Box from Wicklow and Prosperous Drama Society from Kildare, will perform.
Then finishing up on Sunday with the Seamus O'Kelly Players Loughrea, Balally Players Dublin and Dunmore Amateur Dramatic society Galway. This years adjuciator is Alan Howley. Alan plays Eoghan O'Brien in RTE's Fair City. His other credits include work on the Committments, Hush a bye Baby, The Clinic, Mattie, Stardust and Alarm.
The Theatre has undergone a revamp and patrons should like the new face lift when they take their seats for this ever popular festival. Booking from Breege at 0906 432230. Admission €12. Concessions €10.
