The Bishop of Ardagh and Clonmacnois Francis Duffy will lead a special mass in Killoe on Sunday.
The service is due to take place at Fr Colman Carrigy's Oratory, Clonee, Killoe.
Proceedings are scheduled to get underway from 5pm.
Given the large crowd that are expected to attend, worshippers are asked to arrive well in advance.
