There were no objections lodged with Longford County Council opposing the planned development
Outline planning permission has been granted to Louis Herterich Junior for the construction of four apartments on Ballymahon Street in Longford town.
The apartments will be to the rear of numbers 37 and 38, the latter being Herterich's Artisan Meats Shop.

They are accessed via Breadens Lane. The applicant, Louis Herterich Junior, requested outline permission for the removal of storage areas and the erection of four own-door apartments with parking spaces, as well as connection into existing on-site surface and foul drains and all related ancillary works.
There were no objections to the proposed development.
In granting permission, Longford County Council attached a number of conditions, one being that the public road is not affected.
