Longford students raise awareness about biodiversity and how we can preserve it

Templemichael College, Longford students create posters celebrating biodiversity or highlighting threats to our natural world

Templemichael College, Longford hosted its Green Schools Biodiversity Poster Competition, aimed at raising awareness about biodiversity and how we can protect and preserve it. 

Students created posters celebrating biodiversity or highlighting threats to our natural world.

We received outstanding entries from across the school, showing great creativity and environmental awareness. 

Congratulations to the overall winner of the competition: 1st  Place Chiara Fortini (2nd yr); 2nd Place  Wyuna Vales (2nd tr); 3rd Place Davi Santos (2nd yr) and 4th Place Dana Pranckus (2nd yr).

Thank you to Mr Prunty and the Green Schools team for organising this worthwhile initiative.
