A Midlands man was convicted of stealing four packs of Red Bull during the October 22 sitting of Tullamore District Court.
Martin Killian, Canal Line, Puttaghaun was charged with committing the theft on November, 28, 2023 in Spar, Arden Road.

The defending barrister David Nugent told the court that Mr Killian was homeless at the time. He said that his life is now in a better place.
Judge Andrew Cody sentenced to a month in prison, suspending the sentence for two years.
