Clonguish GAA Club: ‘This behaviour shows a total disregard for our club, its members, and the wider Clonguish community’
CCTV footage is being reviewed by a GAA club in Longford in the wake of a spate of vandalism at their facilities.
Clonguish GAA said this week it was ‘extremely disappointed to report recent incidents of vandalism’ at their club grounds, Allen Park, Newtownforbes.
In a statement the club said, “This behaviour shows a total disregard for our club, its members, and the wider Clonguish community.”
CCTV is in operation throughout the facilities and footage has been reviewed.

Clonguish GAA said they are aware of individuals trespassing on the property and that the ‘matter is being taken very seriously’.
The club statement concluded, “Our club grounds are a place of sport, pride and community. Let’s work together to protect and respect what we’ve built over generations.
