By selling St Brigid's Crosses, Melview National School raised €1500 for Longford Hospice

St Brigid's Weekend was an important time for Melview National School. By selling St Brigid's crosses in Longford town, sixth class pupils were able to give Longford Hospice a cheque of €1500. Students' grandparents also visited the school on the Friday to mark Grandparents' Day. Photos were taken by Shelley Corcoran and we hope you enjoy this gallery.
