A Special General Meeting (SGM) of the members of North Longford & Arva Credit Union Limited has been convened to approve the transfer of engagements of North Longford & Arva Credit Union Limited to North Midlands Credit Union Limited.
The meeting will be on the Wednesday, May 14 at 7pm.
Members may attend in person at the Breffni Arms Hotel, Arva, Co Cavan or online via the Zoom video-conferencing platform.

The SGM is open to all members over the age of 16 and pre-registration is required for online attendance.
Details required to register include: name, account number, date of birth, and valid personal email address. Please visit https://www.arvacreditunion.com/ to register.
You can also contact the office in Arva to register. Registration for online attendance will close on Saturday, May 10 at 5pm.

Once registered for online attendance, members will receive an email containing their own unique link which will allow access to remotely attend the SGM. Members who attend the SGM online will be able to submit questions during the meeting via the Q&A function on Zoom.

Voting by members attending online will be electronic through the Zoom poll function – more details on this will be provided by the Chairperson at the meeting.

Opening Hours for the North Longford and Arva Credit Union office in Arva are Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Friday 10am to 4pm. Saturday 1pm to 5pm. Closed on Thursday.
