Plans being finalised for North Longford commemoration of Clonfin Ambush

Clonfin Commemoration

The annual Clonfin Commemoration ceremony will take place at the site on Sunday February 2 next at 3pm with a guest speaker, laying of the wreath, raising the tricolour and refreshments afterwards.

As it's a bank holiday weekend a big crowd is expected and full details will be announced later.

A meeting to finalise plans for the ceremony will be held on Thursday January 9 in Ballymore club house at 8pm.
