Uisce Éireann crews are continuing to work to restore normal water supply to homes and businesses at Moatfarrell, Co Longford following power outages due to Storm Darragh.

Although supply has returned, some customers in Moatfarrell may still be experiencing low water pressure due to low water levels in local reservoirs.

Full service is expected to be restored by 11pm this evening (Monday, December 9).
