Information meetings for members coming up in Drumlish and Arva

North Longford & Arva Credit Union’s Board is preparing the credit union for a possible merger with the North Midlands Credit Union. 

The ever expanding North Midlands Credit Union has its head office in Mullingar, with branches in Longford town, Lanesboro / Ballyleague, Castlepollard, Kinnegad and Rochfortbridge. 

It plans to hold two information meetings to inform members about this project, why it is being considered, why North Midlands Credit Union is the preferred merger partner, the advantages & disadvantages of the merger & other implications for the credit union and its members.

All attendees will be invited to ask questions and express their views.

The information meetings will be held

  • in Monaduff Park, Drumlish at 8pm on Tuesday, September 24 &
  • in the Breffni Arms, Arvagh at 8pm on Wednesday, September 25

and will last for approximately 1 hour.

Refreshments will be provided.

All members of the credit union are encouraged to attend one of these Information Meetings.  The credit union is a vital part of the local community, and it is important that all members take part in guiding its evolution and development.

These Information Meetings are open only to members of North Longford and Arva Credit Union.  Non-members will not be admitted.
