Deputy Joe Flaherty: 'Longford plant seeks to add 20,000sq ft manufacturing capacity'

Longford TD, Joe Flaherty has said he is delighted to see Longford based  company Technimark are set to lodge planning for an additional 20,000 sq ft manufacturing space, additional warehouse space and a new two storey quality centre unit at their Ballinalee Rd site.
He said: "The plant is on a rapid growth trajectory having already doubled the size of its then 50,000 sq ft plant in December 2022. Recent weeks have also seen it recruiting across multiple specialist roles for the Longford site."
The Longford facility is a key site in the US company's ambitious plans and was already the site for its first European Innovation Centre.
Deputy Flaherty concluded: "Continued success to Technimark's Vice President of European Operations,  Colm  Cuffe, and the Technimark team in Longford."
