One very lucky Ballymahon couple are celebrating an extra special Valentines thanks to Bloomfield House Hotel’s €15,000 Wedding Giveaway.
Sinead Tormey from Kells, Co Meath and Trevor Percival, Carrickedmond, who are living in Ballymahon were the lucky winners of the prize at the hotel, after entering the competition a few months back.
The couple have been going out for the last 10 years and decided to become engaged at Christmas.
“We are ecstatic and in total shock at winning,” said Sinead. “We can’t believe it, we never win anything. We are going to splash out on an amazing honeymoon now and want to thank Bloomfield House Hotel and all the wedding suppliers for this fantastic prize; we are really looking forward to our wedding.”
Sinead went on to say that the couple had planned a small wedding, with about 50 guests, but because of their good luck the wedding would now be a slightly bigger affair. “It was going to be a small wedding for us, but all that has changed now which is so fantastic,” she added.
“It means as well that we can splash out on a honeymoon; we weren’t even going to go on honeymoon, but now we can, so we are just so excited and delighted.”
Hopeful couples competed through Red or Black themed games in the hope of winning this very special prize and it was Sinead and Trevor who emerged victorious on the day.
The prize includes professional hair styling by Indulgence, make-up by Bloomfield Spa, a wedding cake from Cakes by Una, reception Music by Claire Malone and Evening Entertainment by Irish Dancing professionals ‘Celtic Dance Fusion’. The band Vision and DJ will be by Sarge Geraghty, the floral package from House of Flowers while Flynn Photo Services and Ollie Gallagher Videographer will capture those precious moments for Sinead and Trevor.
A vintage Bentley Rolls Royce by Rover Coaches will also be on hand to ensure the couple arrive in style, and included is handmade wedding stationery by Jimples.com and treats from Mrs McGraths Sweet Shop.
The Supreme Wedding Package Prize is for 100 people at the Bloomfield House Hotel and Sinead, Trevor and their guests will enjoy the red carpet treatment on the big day - July 12, 2014.
