“Thanks to Santa and Mrs Claus for paying a visit to Bethany House to see the children,” a spokesperson said, adding that the Midlands Toy Run which was held on December 9 was a “huge success”. “Over100 bikes arrived on the day and we would also like to thank Sean Cahill, Ronnie Whelan, Joe Rally and Orlagh Reynolds and staff of the Longford Arms Hotel and Blazers nightclub, and all their patrons who donated so generously. To all our volunteers, neighbours and friends who continue to support us, thank you, also. Happy New Year to you all.”
