SOCCER CLUB: There was a great turnout in the Parish Hall for the Soccer Club Draw on Friday night last.

The winners were as follows ;1st prize Daniel Reynolds, 2nd prize Killian Reynolds, 3rd prize Mickey Connell, 4th prize – Nathan Brady (This prize was donated by Derek Reynolds). Many thanks to all the Parents and children that turned up and who sold cards and to the local shops that sold the Cards.


Locals are reminded of the Christmas party night in the Stag's Head this Friday night with music by Ollie Kennedy. 3 course dinner cost 18.95 euro. The Sean Connollys GAA Club are having their Christmas night out also on this night. Please contact Jerome 3323172 or Eugene Murtagh 086 8205179.


Many thanks to everybody who helped with erecting the crib and lights in the village with special thanks to Colm Nugent and Liam Reilly for the electoral work. There was a large crowd of children present who sang some lovely carols.


As part of our fundraising to get defibrillators for the parish we are collecting old mobile phones with battery included. Please drop them into myself in the PO.
