It's Showtime! Longford Variety Group set for spectacular show

There will be lots of local talent on display this week as Longford Variety Group present Night Fever.

The dynamic group return to backstage from this Thursday, November 23 to Saturday November 25.

Night Fever will feature songs from musicals such as Sunshine on Leith, Our House, Madness Medley, Grease, Beauty & the Beast, Saturday Night Fever and Mamma Mia! to name but a few.

Once again this year’s show will be choreographed by Penny Barry and comedy director is the fabulous John Kelly.

Night Fever is produced by Charlie Murray, Maggie Walsh and Kevin Hussey with set design by Killian and Gerry Reid.

This year’s show will be dedicated to the late Ayshea Ryan. All proceeds going to Longford Hospice Homecare and other local charities.

Longford Variety Group is a group by the community, for the community.

Taking to social media the Longford Variety Group said: “It's almost show time and our joint show directors Charlie Murray and Kevin Hussey would like to wish all the cast and crew of night fever the very best of luck, roll on Thursday nigh.”

Longford Variety Group present Night Fever this Thursday, November 23 to Saturday November 25, show starts at 8:00pm.
