A number of presentations were made following the recent Oliver Leslie & Philip Sorohan Memorial Tractor Run

On behalf of the organisers of the Oliver Leslie & Philip Sorohan Memorial Tractor Run, Paddy Howe wishes to express sincere thanks to everyone who supported this run.

Paddy explained that all donations are going to Ballinamuck - Drumlish First Responders to assist their new scheme which goes live in October.

“They will be answering text messages for medical emergencies in our parish and surrounding areas.”

Paddy added, “So thank you to all the tractor drivers, the car drivers, the marshals who kept us all safe, to everyone who bought raffle tickets, everyone who donated spot prizes, all our helpers, Emma Reid and Peter from Longford Civil Defence who provided medical cover for our event, the 98 Bar & Fox's for accommodating us, the ladies and Gavin Mitchell for feeding us and everyone who send us donations.”

Paddy concluded, “I hope I haven't left anyone out, but we want to thank everyone- it was a great success even with the rain.”
