Culture Night

There is plenty on offer on Culture Night

This Friday Culture Night returns and Longford has a lot on offer.

Last year's Culture Night 2022 was a massive success in County Longford with 24 separate events taking place and nearly 1,500 people attending events.

This year County Longford Arts Services encouraged all interested parties, creatives, artists and art activists to organise an event in their town, village or space for the 2023 event which takes place this Friday, September 22.

The night encompasses everything from small events in homes, to large outdoors, public spaces or community venues.

The most important thing is that the event is on Culture Night and that it is free to the public. This year Longford's programme spans all aspects of culture from music to film, language to literature. Longford's Culture Night programme has a depth that will ensure there's something for everyone to enjoy.
