Longford and Cavan folk flocked to the Breffni 3 Province Challenge in Arva on Saturday, August 5. It was great to see people walk, jog, run and cycle over various distances and raise money for cancer charities. There was susic and fun on the Market Square throughout the day, and a buffet dinner available to all in the Breffni Arms Hotel. All proceeds from the event go to St Luke’s Oncology Trust, National Breast Cancer Research Institute, Galway and Cavan / Monaghan Palliative Care.
